My business
proposal(s) make the Church less vulnerable or less unstable, less
infallible:
(1) From the
U.S. War efforts, U.S. scandals and
notorieties, Anti-Americanism, and Imperialism, and
(2) From the
Easement fiasco,
(3) From cultural-shock (strange, weird,
different practices: polygamy versus monogamy society),
(4) From
polygamy-family scandals and
notorieties,
(5) From shock of conscience, mental
reservation, uneasiness, pain, discomfort caused by past belief and present
disbelief, condemnation and "self-denial of polygamist past,"
(6) From a
perception of a big divide between LDS and non-LDS members of society,
(7) From
imagined "prisoners of conscience," battles for vicarious control of
people’s thoughts and actions, and resources, (brain washed, cult members, zombies,
robots that can not analyze for themselves)
(8) From trashing
or destroying the press when convenient,
(9) From the
Massacre or elimination of dissidents,
(10) From
ignoring non-LDS critics and then re-writing history,
(11) From
entrepreneurs and executives who perceive Utah of having an excessive
control of its Citizens and code of behavior,
(12) From
Utah image of "thinly veiled” separation of Church and State.
VATICAN-IZATION OPPORTUNITY FROM THE EASEMENT FIASCO (as viewed from outsiders): It appears that the Church wants to force at all costs the
officials to give up the easement. Clearly this is typical legal case of (1) Ownership versus (2) Control or Interest in the Land.
THE APPEARANCE OF ABUSE OF ECONOMIC POWER: (ignoring and crushing the rights of non-members)
There was a part of
the Easement was illegal or invalid. The easement had loopholes, clauses,
terms, and conditions that make a mockery of the concerns of non-members of the
LDS Church. The loopholes made the Easement Worthless to non-members of the LDS
Church. The U.S. Court of Appeals fixed the loopholes by striking down or
crossings over the invalid lines that took away the rights of non-members of
LDS Church. It shows that the LDS
Church ideals are: "The means
justify its ends." Now the Church
is bulling public officials and wants to force them to give up the Easement
that they bargained for.

Many LDS layman members are outlandishly-uncomfortable, unreasonably defensive, or HAVE A NERVOUS BREAKDOWN when debating their past, present, and future destiny in polygamy.
Polyfidelity, a "non-denominational polygamy lifestyle." The news media and other members of society easily detect this serious inconsistencies.
Protestants, New Mormons, and Catholics state that polygamy marriage "DIVERSITY is POLITICALLY DIVISIVE."
MOOT REFORM CHURCH MARRIAGE SYSTEM, Wrongful Life Induced by Parents.

QUICK PARTIAL SOLUTION: List the advantages in petitioning the United Nations Members (U.N.) to elevate LDS/Mormon Church to a "Higher Ground," the same of a small and independent country status! A small country which depends on other countries. Then

Consequently, (1) the national media will have more difficulty in attacking directly the LDS Church-Country and Offshore Corporate accounts instead of a mere Church-State; or most importantly (2) the LDS Church will NOT be compelled to jail ex-Mormon dissidents or polygamists in Utah in order to preserve its standing on polygamy or prove itself, to satisfy the media and capitalize on public image.

1. Strong anti-American sentiment for belt-tightening policies and eternal dependence in foreign aid handouts with policy of alleviate poverty but NOT eliminate poverty.

Sorry but for the disingenuous pure of heart, the Church is hurt from this anti-American sentiment and:
G) Is affected or Susceptible to U.S. political scandals and notorieties
H) Is enjoying or trying to capitalize in the fame and notoriety for 19th Century pioneer-polygamists practices,
K) Is too unstable and extremely sensitive to its origins: "substantial nexus of polygamy, local dissidents, modern "Utah polygamist families scandals and notorieties."
In other words, this church:
1. It will need to appear bigger, older or timeless, stronger or mighty, and less regionally-centered,
(Now the Church Imagery Angles is limited to be connected with the history and fortunes of only one country, and it is appealing to 19th Century, U.S. western pioneer colonization movement, enshrined with legendary tales.
NOTICE: Modern-day city-people making ends meet have a hard time identifying themselves with this imagery, and have less in common to the prairie o past of farming, and have a different and difficult if not burdensome reality of the past!), and
2. It will need to appear NOT so much as property and spy tool of the U.S., an American canned U.S. religion,
3. It will need to appear more of a truly global, or as a universal church, a superior organization separated from an inferior State unit organization which is part of the Union.

The formerly known as LDS/Mormon Church must move to a higher level of privity and appear to be physically more distant to the "substantial nexus of polygamy scandals and notoriety."
In either case scenario:

(a) It must RELOCATE to its envisioned New Jerusalem, Jackson County, Missouri, or MOVE out of State, distance or separate from the State of Utah, and appear to be physically more distant to the "substantial nexus of polygamy scandals and notoriety." or
SECOND BEST SOLUTION
(b) It must change the legal definition or character of its S.L.C. Temple Square Campus as follows:
ULTIMATE SOLUTION
1. It must attain Highest Sovereign International Status as a country like the Vatican. The LDS Mormon Church Campus, wherever it may be located or relocated to their New Jerusalem in Independence, Missouri).
2. It should be declared by the U.S. and international diplomats and their governments as the equivalent of the "U.S. Vatican-Version" with the glories, political and legal status, modernity status, prestige, importance, and power as the country of Monaco or the Vatican City in Rome, Italy? (Church appears to be physically distant to the "substantial nexus of polygamy scandals and notoriety)
3. It would be immune from prosecution of polygamist groups and Federal sanctions. The LDS Church would appear to be independent from the U.S. but able to use the U.S. military, U.S. Laws and Banking System, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA Funds), and vouchers just like the Vatican! The LDS Church No longer will be equated to a regional, small, little, or new church, in having greater population density in the western U.S.!
